FAQ

What makes a cold email land in spam?
Mostly the sender's setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain age, volume), then content: salesy trigger words, several links, images, all caps and HTML-heavy templates.
How long should a cold email be?
Usually 50 to 125 words. Long enough to give one reason you're writing to them, short enough to read on a phone.
Should I put a link in the first email?
Ideally not. Links trigger corporate security scanners and spam filters. Ask a question first and send the link when they reply.
Is my email stored?
No. The checker runs entirely in your browser; nothing you paste leaves your device.
